Adriano Rosa, Certified Pedorthist, ATC, BS, CSCS, NASM, and founder ofbiocorrect® has more than 15 years of industrial, sports medicine and clinical evaluation experience. He has successfully treated the biomechanical imbalances of the back, hip, knee, ankle and foot with a fully functional and biomechanically aligned foot orthotic. Adriano has also been involved in research, development, and fabrication of functional orthoses for more than 15 years. With our unique orthotic application and evaluation system, we are able to elevate and control various bone structures of the foot, allowing us to control the balance required for proper alignment of the back and lower extremities.

What makes biocorrect™ Orthotics Lab stand alone from the competiton?

Unfortunately traditional, conventional, and over-the-counter orthotic devices have relied on a one-shape-fits-all approach, focusing on the arch for temporary pain relief. The foot is an extremely complex piece of equipment with multiple moving parts that act as "shock absorbers" for the entire body. Blocking the arch as a means of control merely displaces the body's impact in ways that can lead to biomechanical insufficiencies and injury. An arch-centered approach to the foot is often unsuccessful because is does not properly address common foot injuries when most biomechanical injuries and conditions are caused by an imbalance of the forefoot.

What makes us different? We address the forefoot! Knees and ankles are most susceptible to injuries at push off. Designed so that the arch of the orthosis works like a shock absorber, our orthotics are made with materials that are flexible, durable and self molding, mimicking the natural movement of the foot without restricting the range of motion.
