2. A request for specific photographs
3. A foot impression box with instructions

After you provide us with the requested information, our biomechanical specialists will review your evaluation form, photographs, and impressions. Based on our assessment, our experts will recommend and fabricate the most appropriate foot orthotic that is unique to your lower extremity alignment.
